 Arkansas ASCD is a diverse group of educators dedicated to the development and support of leadership and best practices in curriculum, instruction, assessment and supervision that ensures success for all learners.  Arkansas ASCD is governed by an elected Board of Directors representing the best in Arkansas educational leadership. The Arkansas ASCD Board of Directors is committed to educating the “Whole Child”.  In addition, the Arkansas ASCD Board of Directors is actively involved in influence activities at the state level.  Today, our strong commitment to education and educational leadership is represented by approximately 1,200 members.

 The following levels of sponsorship are available with benefits of each level listed:

 Platinum Level - $7,500

• Sponsorship of a summer conference luncheon
• Member-level registration fee to all Arkansas ASCD events and conferences

• Two exhibitor booth space at the summer conference at no charge -- includes preferential placement and complimentary conference meals for 8 staff members -- registration must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the events
• Offer opportunities to provide approved breakout sessions at the summer conference
• Provide a letter of endorsement for use in company mailings
• Provide opportunities to recognize leadership and staff at events and conferences
• Provide a letter of introduction and partnership to prospective school districts
• Full page ad in summer conference program at no charge
• Listing of sponsorship with contact information in events and conference programs
• Company logo and link provided on the Arkansas ASCD web site as a business partner
• Special recognition at the summer conference
• Arkansas ASCD will include one company provided advertisement in one electronic distribution to members
• Use of the Arkansas ASCD logo on company advertising for current year of sponsorship 

 Gold Level - $5,000

• Sponsorship of a summer conference/events reception
• Member-level registration fee to all Arkansas ASCD events and conferences

• Two exhibitor booth space at the summer conference at no charge -- includes preferential placement and complimentary conference meals for 8 staff members -- registration must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the events
• Offer opportunities to provide approved breakout sessions at the summer conference
• Provide a letter of endorsement for use in company mailings
• Provide opportunities to recognize leadership and staff at events and conferences
• Provide a letter of introduction and partnership to prospective school districts
• 1/2 page ad in summer conference program at no charge
• Listing of sponsorship with contact information in events and conference programs
• Company logo and link provided on the Arkansas ASCD web site as a business partner
• Special recognition at the summer conference
• Arkansas ASCD will include one company provided advertisement in one electronic distribution to members

 Silver Level - $2,500

• Sponsorship of breakfast or snacks at the summer conference/events
• Member-level registration fee to all Arkansas ASCD events and conferences

• One exhibitor booth space at the summer conference at  no charge -- includes preferential placement and complimentary conference meals for 4 staff  members -- registration must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the events
• Offer opportunities to provide approved breakout sessions at the summer conference
• Provide a letter of endorsement for use in company mailings
• Provide opportunities to recognize leadership and staff at events and conferences
• Provide a letter of introduction and partnership to prospective school districts
• 1/4 page ad in summer conference program at no charge
• Listing of sponsorship with contact information in events and conference programs

 Bronze Level - $1,500

• Sponsor a dance/evening activity at the summer conference/events
• Member-level registration fee to all Arkansas ASCD events and conferences

• One exhibitor booth space at the summer conference at no charge -- includes preferential placement and complimentary conference meals for 4 staff members -- registration must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the events
• Offer opportunities to provide approved breakout sessions at the summer conference
• Provide a letter of endorsement for use in company mailings
• Provide opportunities to recognize leadership and staff at events and conferences
• Provide a letter of introduction and partnership to prospective school districts
• 1/8 page ad in summer conference program at no charge
• Listing of sponsorship with contact information in events and conference programs

Diamond Level - $750

• Listing of sponsorship with contact information in events and conference programs

Exhibitor Level - $500 

• One exhibitor booth space at the summer conference -- complimentary conference meals for 2 staff members -- registration must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the events

• Exhibitor page listing in the summer conference program at no charge.
